What you don’t seem to understand ninor is that the topic YOU have constantly brought up.
Is not a topic worth talking about at all. Either in the public arena of a forum or in P.M.
What you need to understand is that many countries, spell words different to one another & you need to accept this, I DO….EVERYONE ELSE DOSES, why carn’t you.
For starters you have all seen the list of just a few of the words which Americans & the rest of the world spell different.
I mean (I know) mom…spelt (mum) in all other English speaking nations, ((( IS ))) spelt MOM, in north America, & as such, because I know ( both ) spellings there is no need to go on & on about how mum is miss spelt as mom in America, as I understand that in north America M.O.M is the correct spelling for mum.
Thus, you need to grasp the fact that English…American English..&..Australian English,
DO spell some words different from each other, & when you understand that, the Black Vault will be a more peaceful place for (( EVERYONE )).
I don’t care that you & most the other North Americans spell many words different to the other English speaking nations.
I except it & thus adapt to it.
So why are you so offended when we spell words the way we spell them,
(In our countries) rather than the way you do, (in yours).
Iv no issue here, AT ALL, but I have tolerated your narrow minded attitude towards spelling & grammar since my 1st day on the B.V, & not once did I get involved with the issue.
(Even when so many other people where taking shots at you, ninor, however enough is enough, Mate, if you carn't except the fact that not every one spells the same words, in the same way.
You will be fighting this battle for the rest of your life.
However, if you can bring yourself to understand that there is a difference between American, British, Canadian & Australian English, then half the battle is already won.
Now im happy to let this matter rest, but im just as happy to HELP you all understand that the world is a far more complex place than the monitor your sitting in front of suggests.
