F**k this made me laugh. 
I was trying to find crime rates in the U.K, went onto the guardians web site and at the bottom of the page there were ads from google. The first one was for anti-stab vest’s the second was for Ceramic Armour Plate and the last was for bullet-proof vests.

Something has always been going on. With modern communications it's more likely more people will know about the real salacious stuff.

My mom worked in child welfare for ten years, it's not a pretty place.
She had these twins she got really attached to, up until they were about 3 or 4 years old their father had them locked in cages where he beat them, raped them, and forced them to eat their own excrement. Fun stuff. Those kids are probably in their early teens now, and they were getting better the last time I saw them (about 8 years ago). By better, I mean they weren't screaming obscenities and ripping eachothers hair out. I mean that in the most litteral sense.
Once she got a call about a place called "Swan Lake." Well, when she went it was down several barely there roads. Lucky she had a four wheel drive. Turned out to be a trailer park, with a gate and cameras. It was a trailer park where the residents made kiddie porn; probably smut as well.
These are only a couple of the stories she's told me.
She had to get out of that business, it screwed her up pretty well. |

Sorry, another rant.
I seriously think that people should need a licence to be able to have a baby. All of these people just reproducing and then neglecting, abusing and abandoning thier children, it's disgusting. I have 3 young children 6,3 & 1 and yes it is hard, today it has become even harder as my partner moved out this morning, but my kids are everything to me and I will do anything to keep them safe and happy.
I cry everytime I hear stories like this, the parents obviously have some serious issues and yet they are free to carry on churning out children who they fail to protect and care for. People who want/need to adopt have to be screened and probed for years, but if you are lucky enough to be have children naturally you are ignored and then the system thats in place to keep check on your childs welfare is hugely underfunded and struggling to keep up with its workload.
Something really needs to be done, children shouldnt fall through the cracks and have to endure this kind of life  |

| Well I don't have the full story, but in the guys defence there are a lot better ways to make bombs than with petrol. They burn, but there are not very brisant and so they aren't effective bombs. So it could well have been unintentional. |
